Health insurance is provided through Coventry of Kansas. Staff are offered a preferred provider organization (PPO) coverage through WPPA. Datility Networks pays two-thirds of the premium for a single $1000 deductible 70% PPO health insurance plan for employees. Coverage usually begins on the first day of the month following their first day of employment.
All employees are enrolled in a SEP IRA plan, where we automatically contribute an amount equal to 25% of their annual salary to the plan. Other benefits include life insurance, travel allowance, an earned time-off plan, and extended sick leave plan.
